A Warm Hello to New and Old Vendors,

We are Pleased that another Season of Fun-Filled Fairs with our Vendors during this Magical Summer is unfolding…

Please Mark your Calendars for the 1st "ART & MUSIC FAIR" at Rest-A-While RV Park on Sunday, May 29th  (Memorial Day Weekend) from 10-6pm…

Also, Mark your Calendars for the Season and Tell all your Friends & Family!!

  1. Cancelled -Saturday, June 11th (Summer Beginning Weekend)
  2. Sunday, July 3rd (4th of July Weekend)
  3. Cancelled - Saturday, Aug 13th (Harvest Day Weekend)
  4. Sunday, Sept 4th (Labor Day Weekend)
  5. Cancelled - Saturday, Oct 1st (OysterFest Weekend)

Discussing with some major Vendors and not wanting to conflict with the Hoodsport Farmers Market and even Shelton Farmers Market when we can, we are now doing the schedule above as some vendors only wanted 1 day as well… We know some new Vendors are coming from the local Farmers Markets and we are Very Pleased to have you along with all our special Talented Artists.

We will be having our Favorite LIVE TNT Trio Band - Theda Spracklin, Tom & Vinnie from 11-2pm!  Also, LIVE MUSIC w/our OPEN MIC Jam w/ Rhythm & Sass - Duo Laura & Mick McCartney and many others from 3-6pm throughout the whole season of fairs!  It will be a great draw for all the Vendors and the HoneyBee Cafe… Yay!

We are going to be having a Special MEMORIAL for Mark Woytowich at 2pm!  Mark was such a Treasure in our Community and is very Missed.  He was such a Fun-filled Vendor and our Guests Loved him along with buying his book, “Where Waterfalls and Wild Things Are”.  Being the Shelton Journal’s outdoors columnist, his words uplifted us all.  Please bring your Stories, Songs, Memories and share them with us all.

Please Confirm you are Attending, if you have not done already.

We will have a Full House in our RV Park each weekend along with Fun Tides for Enjoying our Private Beach!

The Honeybee Café is Open with a Delightful Twist!  Some Delicious Dishes are:

  • Grilled Cheese, BLTs, Turkey & Rueben Sandwiches
  • Homemade Potato Salad & Corn on the Cob
  • Hamburgers, Hot-Dogs, Air Fresh French & Sweet Potato Fries
  • Egg Sandwiches, Croissants, Bagels & Muffins
  • Espresso, Coffee, Ice Cream and much more…

We are so Pleased and Excited that we are beginning the Season with a “Special Bang” for Memorial Day weekend!  The Summer weather brings out families from Far & Wide along Hwy 101 to Enjoy the Beautiful Hood Canal…

The only Requirements we have this year with Canopies Set-up is as follows:

If you Set-up along the Front next to the Waterfront clubhouse, you must be willing to have a nice 10x10 or 10x12 Canopy (No bigger unless approved).

Many come in on Saturday from Noon ~ 5pm to set up and encourage you to do the same.  Let us know when you are coming on Saturday!

We can only fit 7-8 Canopies in the Front run and then you must double up behind or to the side.  So far, we had up to 16-18 Canopies last year, so we are confident we can fit you all.  After the front run, the lawn set-up is ready to go as First come, First serve with your canopies.  If you prefer a spot, tuck up next to the ones in place and we will do our best to make it work, as want Happy Vendors.

Any Canopies in place that are Reserved for the Honeybee and other Vendors will have Names on them and Thanks for Respecting this.

On an Important note, we are still following the Covid Guidelines like the Farmer Markets, etc with monitoring crowd size and encouraging social distancing measures if needed, etc.  We are also encouraging masks and will have Hand Sanitizers, but no pressure since we have been allowed to play it easy moving forward.  Will also have a Bathroom just for the Fair with Washing Hands and staying Sanitary that is separate from the RVers.

We look forward to seeing all your Smiling Faces and Enjoying an Abundant Season for us all!  Thanks so much and Appreciate your Support.

Warm Regards,
Elizabeth Bennett
